Dr Myers follow up consultation fee is $150.00 . You will receive $43.35 rebate from Medicare.

The phone is often busy and so use Healthengine first.
If you have already seen Dr Myers you do not need to fill in the Online Questionnaire again unless your details have changed or you have a new problem. ( See link Below)
You need to have a valid Referral.ie provided in the last 12 months.
Please note:
1. A G.P. referral lasts 12 months
2. A referral from a Specialist only lasts 3 months.
If you have a NEW condition or a different problem you need a new referral.
